Terradon Dragon

The Terradon dragon is a rare and valuable addition to any dragon trainer's team. Terradon Dragons are known for their ability to sense and locate precious minerals and metals. The special abilities make them the favorite of adventurers, seeking out Terradon eggs. The Terradon Dragon eggs have a rich brown and green hues, and feels as if it's filled with the power of the earth itself.

About the Terradon Dragon

Appearance

The Terradon Dragon is covered in scales that are earthy tones of green and browns. Its back has bioluminescent crystals and the Terradon's dark wings cover the lighting when it feels threatened.

Diet

Terradon Dragons are omnivores, and will eat almost anything including plants, insects, and even minerals or certain rocks. They have been known to store excess food in underground caverns which they will bury and guard.

Special Abilities

Terradon Dragons are known for their burrowing abilites, which allow them to move through earth and rock with ease. They have a remarkable ability to sense and locate precious minerals and metals, making Terradon Dragons extremely valued for miners. Terradon Dragons are capable of using their powerful jaws to crush and break apart even the toughest of stones and gems.

Habitat

Terradon Dragons prefer rocky environments, often found in regions with craggy terrain or mountainsides. Particularly found of caves and underground tunnels, Terradon will excavate minerals and metals from its home cave to expand the interior. Terradon Dragons have also been spotted in dry, arid climates, burrowing into the ground for shade and shelter.

Caring for a Dragon Egg
  • The Dragons will remain in their armored eggshell for many years, we have not yet discovered the hatching timeline.

  • In order to take the best care of one of our Dragon Eggs, Display upright in a stand like Crystal spheres, or in a safe place away from high edges it could fall off.

  • Not recommended to store in humid environments, like showers or bathrooms. Not recommended for hot direct sunny spots, some color vibrancy may fade overtime when exposed to direct sunlight, and/or (some) eggs may become tacky or sticky.

  • Metal armored egg shells are NOT microwave safe or oven safe.

Terradon Dragons are known for their strong, stubborn nature, often resisting attempts at taming or domestication until a level of trust is built between dragon and trainer. Solitary creatures, Terradon Dragons prefer to live alone and avoid social interactions with other dragons. They may become fiercely territorial when defending their territory. Terradon Dragons may be overly territorial of their preferring basking spot in the sun, returning day after day.
