Appearance

The Emerald Dragon is an energetic dragon, with crystalized wings and horns. Finding it's home in green forests and caves, the Emerald Dragon uses camouflage to blend seamlessly into the greenery. The Emerald Dragon's most distinctive feature is the color shifting green hues captured in an emerald egg.

Diet

The Emerald Dragons are primarily herbivorous, and feed on decaying plant matter and various types of fungi. They are also known to use their unique properties to create their own food, using photosynthesis to convert sunlight into energy.

Special Abilities

Emerald Dragons have the unique ability to camouflage into their surroundings. Alothough more documentation is needed,it seems to prefer to stay in lush green forest areas.

The Emerald Dragon is highly sought after and befriended by Herbalists and naturalists for their aid in healing and helping the forest life thrive.

Habitat

The Emerald Dragon are found in lush shady environments, such as forests or overgrown caverns.

They are often seen perched on top of large trees or caves, using their wings to sway in the wind and survey their area. While usually solitary creatures, once befriended their loyalty remains and in times of need, Emerald Dragons can become a protector to their human friend. Befriended Emerald Dragons will often make a home around thriving gardens or apothecaries close to their humans.

Behaviors

Caring for a Dragon Egg

• The Dragons will remain in their armored eggshell for many years, we have not yet discovered the hatching timeline.

• In order to take the best care of one of our Dragon Eggs, Display upright in a stand like Crystal spheres, or in a safe place away from high edges it could fall off.

• Not recommended to store in humid environments, like showers or bathrooms. Not recommended for hot direct sunny spots, some color vibrancy may fade overtime when exposed to direct sunlight, and/or (some) eggs may become tacky or sticky.

• Metal armored egg shells are NOT microwave safe or oven safe.

The Emerald Dragon are quite friendly creatures, befriending the Ruby and Sapphire Dragons often. Known to be the forest guardian of legends, the Emerald Dragon protects its territory with a crystal wall to shield from intruders and intrusive weather. When threatened, they can camouflage into the lush green forest the Emerald Dragon makes it's home in. Emerald Dragons and Ruby Dragons have a natural affinity for each other, often forming lifelong friendships and working together to defend their territories from external threats.
